This male varied thrush enjoys forests in the Pacific Northwest like the one in which my studio is located. Some years I have many of them, some years fewer, but I mostly see them here during winter, when their usual diet of insects is supplemented with berries.

All originals are framed in genuine mahogany frames custom-crafted by my husband, with UV-protecting plexi and acid-free matting (unless otherwise noted).The mahogany is stained a rich golden brownish/reddish hue.
